Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced team leader to oversee production operations at an industrial plant, supervising machinery repairs and coordinating staff to optimize operational efficiency. Coordination, organization, and direct supervision of assigned personnel We are looking for a candidate with proven experience leading a team in the production section of an industrial plant located in Épila. The main responsibilities of this position include performing and supervising repairs of machinery breakdowns and associated components. This covers electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance. Incidents must be duly recorded and analyzed to identify potential improvements. Direct coordination, organization, and supervision of assigned personnel is essential. This includes planning daily activities and managing shift changes among team members, especially during breaks. Prior experience in production plants is required, preferably in the plastics sector, and familiarity with continuous production processes and shift-based work is mandatory. Leadership skills and strong communication abilities are highly valued to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. The contract is temporary, with potential for extension. Higher Vocational Training (Grado Superior) in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in production environments within the plastics industry. Solid leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with industrial and continuous production processes under rotating fourth or fifth shift schedules. Medium-level Vocational Training (Grado Medio) in technical fields is also considered an asset.
