We are looking for a Test Engineer with proficiency in English and German to join our team. After an initial training period, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating tests, ensuring that everything meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and established deadlines. Your tasks will include coordinating testing protocols in railway projects, identifying and solving problems in complex systems, and closely collaborating with various departments, suppliers, and experts internationally. You will also organize and lead technical teams on-site, planning daily activities to achieve set objectives. A degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering is required, along with a Master's in Industrial Engineering. At least one year of experience in testing, maintenance, or management of complex equipment is essential. Professional fluency in both German and English is mandatory, and availability for temporary travel and residence abroad is expected. Autonomy, proactivity, decision-making ability, teamwork, customer interaction skills, as well as knowledge of Office, ERP, and design software will be valued.
