SL ### **Description and Requirements** **Distribution Permitting Technician/Manager** If you’re seeking a new professional challenge where you’ll help transform the energy world, we’re looking for a **Distribution Permitting Technician/Manager** to join our Permitting team at Endesa. **What does the Permitting area do?** **These are some of the tasks carried out in the Permitting area:** * Lead and take responsibility for permit management activities and legalization processes for high-voltage (HV) installations across the entire national territory. * Ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations in each region—covering the electricity sector, urban planning, and environmental matters. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Liaise with various local, regional, or national administrative bodies—including municipalities and agencies (e.g., Ministry of Public Works, Adif, Hydrographic Confederations, Environmental Agencies)—in coordination with the corresponding territorial units, both for obtaining permits and for administrative authorizations and legalization of HV installations (substations and high-voltage lines), driven by customer needs or internal investment. * Manage legalization processes for constructed installations to obtain Commissioning Certificates enabling formal recognition of remuneration for completed installations. * Verify economic valuations of agricultural (crops and yields), industrial, and urban properties for application in payments related to easements generated by electrical installations. * Lead expropriation procedures where it is not feasible to obtain all required permissions from property owners. * Ensure compliance with and proper application of applicable sectoral, urban planning, and environmental regulations in each case. * Coordinate with Construction Units to identify permitting management needs and proactively carry out necessary procedures to avoid delays in construction timelines. * Analyze departmental data and reports and coordinate payments arising from installation legalization activities. **We’ll share further details during the interview.** **What do we require from you to perform this role?** The following education and/or knowledge are **mandatory requirements** for this position: **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Agricultural Engineering or equivalent. **Knowledge:** * Technical knowledge associated with the required qualification * Understanding of the electricity distribution business and HV installations * Knowledge of applicable regulations and legislation governing the electricity sector * Knowledge of economic valuations of agricultural, industrial, and urban properties for easement purposes * Knowledge of urban planning and environmental regulations * Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Familiarity with Cloud Services, Data & Analytics **Experience:** Prior experience managing permits and legalization processes for HV installations.
