We believe excellence in care is achieved through close, organized, and committed management, which is why we want to incorporate a Nursing Coordinator who will help ensure the smooth operation of healthcare services at one of our residential centers in Zaragoza (Ballesol Puerta del Carmen). **What will your mission be?** You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and well-being of our residents while supporting the team in their professional development and performance. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead and coordinate the center’s nursing care, guaranteeing optimal quality standards and compliance with guidelines and policies established by National Nursing Coordination. * Supervise that nursing records are properly completed according to quality protocols and regulations. * Establish necessary mechanisms to foster effective communication and coordination with other teams. * Support the center's management or Medical Lead regarding nursing staff (selection, onboarding, shift planning and scheduling, as well as professional development). * Manage the center’s material resources to optimize usage and consumption, ensuring adequate supply, as well as supervise maintenance of U.G.A., medication cabinets, emergency backpacks, and reserve medical supplies. * Participate in and promote training and research activities within the department, along with strategic initiatives arising from National Nursing Coordination. * Furthermore, ensure prevention of unethical behaviors by promptly reporting them through the appropriate channels and processes of the Management System. **CONDITIONS** * Permanent contract. * Full-time morning shifts. * Attractive salary package. * Immediate incorporation. * Social benefits: continuous training, internal programs, discounts on Santalucía insurance, among others. * A humane, respectful, and meaningful work environment. * And most importantly: a team that values you. Additional or specialized training in Geriatrics is desirable. 2-3 years of experience as a Nurse.
