The ideal candidate will work closely with supervisors and mentors, gaining hands-on experience and developing technical skills in a real industrial environment. **Your Role:** * Collaborate across different factory areas with the person assigned by the area supervisor. * Analyze the processes you are practicing in, with the objective of proposing improvements to your mentor. * Maintain daily communication with area supervisors and, at least once per week, with your workplace mentor. * Prepare a summary of the apprenticeship activities jointly with your workplace mentor and your educational institution mentor. **Your Profile:** * Currently enrolled in at least the intermediate level of a mechatronics training module. * Have passed all subjects from the previous academic year. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Ability to interpret mechanical drawings. * Knowledge of manufacturing concepts. * Proactive, cooperative individual with a strong willingness to work in a team.
