We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to immediately join KVA Servicios’ team at our client’s main headquarters in Madrid, performing maintenance on office facilities and a Data Processing Center (DPC). This is an on-site, full-time position with an indefinite-term contract. Responsibilities * Preventive and corrective maintenance of electromechanical and home automation systems. * Supervision, control, and operation of BMS (Building Management System) systems. * Maintenance of electronic and control systems associated with the DPC (precision air conditioning, UPS/SAI, diesel generators, electrical panels, etc.). * Real-time diagnosis and resolution of incidents. * Recording of interventions and compliance with technical procedures. * Collaboration with the team to ensure operational continuity of the DPC and offices. Requirements * Solid knowledge, with training and/or experience in electromechanics, home automation, electronics, BMS control systems, air conditioning, etc. * Responsible, organized, and problem-solving oriented individual. * Availability for immediate start. * Ability to work collaboratively and follow established procedures. * Availability for on-call duty and handling incidents outside regular working hours if required.
