




Position Summary: We are seeking a Labor Relations and HR Administration Technician to coordinate and manage HR administrative processes within a leading decarbonization company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage HR administrative processes. 2. Provide labor law advice and resolve conflicts. 3. Veolia designs and implements solutions for water, waste, and energy management, contributing to the sustainable development of cities and industries. **Job Description** Veolia Servicios Lecam requires, for its Madrid offices, a Labor Relations and HR Administration Technician to join its HR Department, coordinating and managing all administrative processes within this area. Main responsibilities include: * Interpret and apply collective bargaining agreements and current labor legislation. * Advise employees and their supervisors on labor matters. * Manage resolution of individual and collective labor disputes. * Participate in disciplinary proceedings and prepare related documentation. * Carry out the employment contracting process, manage contract-related documentation, employee files, registrations and deregistrations, etc. * Monitor absenteeism. * Prepare documentation, certificates for employees, etc. * Manage wage garnishments and advances. * Prepare documentation for inspections and audits. * Address and resolve employee inquiries.
