Key responsibilities include performing all preventive, corrective, and regulatory maintenance tasks across a network of offices and premises, as well as comprehensive repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.). Requirements: * Vocational Training Level I or II in HVAC or Electrical Engineering, plus prior experience in maintenance roles. * Immediate availability. * Valid driver’s license. * A proactive individual with strong client-facing skills and a high degree of self-sufficiency and autonomy.
