Job Summary: We are seeking an Electronics Engineer to commission machinery, performing programming, testing, and troubleshooting at customer facilities nationwide and internationally. Key Responsibilities: 1. Commissioning and adjustment of machinery at customer facilities 2. PLC/HMI programming for Siemens and Allen Bradley systems 3. Participation in customer staff training and project handover A company based in Badalona is looking for an Electronics Engineer to commission machinery. The company plans to relocate to La Garriga in approximately one year. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00–13:00/14:00–16:40, and Fridays from 7:00 to 13:00. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally is required, as machinery commissioning may occur in any country at customers’ own facilities; travel expenses are covered, and additional compensation is provided in the form of per diems for accommodation, meals, and overtime (if applicable). Gross monthly salary is €2,150 paid in 14 installments. PLC/HMI programming for Siemens and Allen Bradley systems; testing of machines manufactured at the company’s own facilities; testing of electrical cabinets; identifying faults or implementing modifications to machines or electrical panels; PEM (commissioning) of production lines at customer facilities, both nationally and internationally; performing adjustments, calibrations, and functional tests of control hardware and software; diagnosing and resolving technical issues during installation or validation; documenting test results, configurations, and modifications carried out; participating in technical training for customer personnel and final project handover; preparing commissioning status reports. * 60 months of experience. Five years of professional experience in a similar role within the industrial metallurgical sector. * English (Intermediate spoken and written) * Competencies / Knowledge: English at intermediate level, both spoken and written; Italian is an asset; knowledge of electrical installations on machinery; experience in DC and AC motor regulation; knowledge of Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC/HMI programming; knowledge of Siemens, Rockwell, Parker, Yaskawa, and Siemens motion drives.
