To this end, LEONI develops wiring systems that reduce complexity and enable higher levels of automation through, for example, zonal architecture.** **Job Description** The Customer Quality Resident acts as the primary contact for customers and production plants regarding quality issues and escalations on an ongoing basis. **Your Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Maintains management of internal and external customer portals. * Supports implementation of LEONI's quality strategy based on customer requirements. * Participates in quality meetings with the customer. * Supports customer process audits and production process and product approval processes (product and process approval: ppa) within an OEM account. * Supports customers in problem resolution and follow-up of containment and rework actions. * Organizes and monitors rework and sampling activities (with external suppliers). * Supports the supply chain in case of logistical complaints from the customer, e.g., transportation, packaging, sequence changes, etc., and proposes solutions such as replacement (rework). * Manages model year changes, technical changes and customer OEM sampling processes, i.e., organization and follow-up activities. * Supports preparation of 8D reports (root cause analysis and actions) for customers and completes Omnitracker, e.g., LEONI complaint portal; i.e., initiation and final closure of claims. * Places orders for customer repair material and own stock. * Organizes meetings with LEONI production. **Requirements** * Degree in Electromechanical Engineering or similar. * 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Demonstrable knowledge of claim monitoring and handling, failure analysis, defect measurement, FMEA, quality assurance, quality tools and techniques. * Knowledge of analytical methods and analysis, presentation skills, 5S, customer focus, specific customer requirements, data analysis, define, measure, analyze, improve and control. * Experience in the automotive industry, wiring harness manufacturers is an advantage. * Advanced Spanish (C1) mandatory.
