We are looking for a motivated Junior Account Executive to join our international team and help grow our cutting\-edge jewelry design software, trusted by clients in 30\+ countries. Attractive commissions: Start at 1% and boost your commission to 3% once you exceed your targets (average deal size 3,000€), with uncapped commissions – the more you sell, the more you earn. Begin with prospecting and lead qualification; progress into demos, negotiations, and closing. Build strong, long\-term relationships with jewelry retailers, manufacturers, and professionals. Occasionally represent the company at trade shows, webinars, and industry events worldwide. Collaborate with our marketing and technical teams to ensure customer success. **Requirements:** Proven motivation to work in B2B software sales (experience is a plus). Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging small to medium\-size businesses through cold call outreach, emails or video calls. Organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
