Managing plant entries and exits, exchanging documentation, reviewing occupational health and safety documentation. * Coordinating material deliveries with transport companies, suppliers, and customers. * Coordinating loading and unloading activities with the production department. * Managing work reports: confirmation, documentation, and archiving. * Invoicing delivery notes. * Handling telephone inquiries. * Loading and unloading trucks with a front-end loader when required.
