Our team supports organizations in defining, implementing, and evolving **advanced information management solutions**, ensuring efficient access to critical information, regulatory compliance, and business process optimization through the use of **leading technologies and tailored solutions**. You will join the team as a **Senior Consultant**, assuming a key role in projects—combining **functional specialization**, **management capability**, and a **high level of client interaction**. **What will you do?** Your main responsibilities will include: * Actively participating in **projects for defining and implementing document, content, and process management platforms**, including ECM, BPM, and integration solutions with business applications (ERP, CRM, corporate tools). * Leading functional tasks within projects, taking responsibility for **requirements definition**, process analysis, functional design, and solution validation. * Acting as the **functional reference point** in information management projects, ensuring alignment among business needs, regulatory frameworks, and technological solutions. * Coordinating and supervising junior team members’ work within the project, guaranteeing **deliverable quality**, adherence to deadlines, and proper project progress. * Collaborating on projects related to **information governance**, document management policies, regulatory compliance, and certifications (ISO, regulatory frameworks, audits). * Working in a **multidisciplinary environment**, closely collaborating with technical, architecture, and business professionals. * Using and deepening expertise in **market-leading platforms** for corporate document and content management. * Contributing to **continuous delivery improvement**, bringing insight, best practices, and value-added proposals for clients. * Participating in internal team knowledge development and **mentoring junior profiles**. **What do you need to know?** * University degree in fields such as **Library and Information Science, Documentation, Information and Documentation, Engineering, ICT**, or related disciplines. * Minimum **3 years’ professional experience** in consulting or similar environments, participating in **document management, information management, ECM, BPM, or corporate solution projects**. * Experience in **functional requirements definition**, process analysis, and collaboration on technology projects. * Ability to assume **coordination and functional leadership responsibilities** within projects. * High level of **client interaction**, autonomy, and holistic project vision. * Analytical and strategic thinking, prioritization ability, results orientation, and attention to detail. * Advanced **English proficiency** (minimum B2/C1).
