Use of the SAGE software We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support in a management office in Zaragoza. Main responsibilities include communicating with SEPE, managing employment contracts, scanning documents, processing personnel changes via the Sistema Red, and submitting Delta medical certificates. The SAGE management software will also be used for payroll, social security, and tax-related matters. A minimum qualification of a Medium-Level Vocational Training Diploma (Grado Medio) in Administration is required, along with at least six months of experience in a labor department, either within a company or a management office. Prior experience with SAGE or similar management software is essential. This position offers a temporary contract to cover a temporary incapacity leave, with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite-term contract. Working hours are part-time (20 hours per week), with a flexible morning schedule from 9:00 to 13:00. Salary conditions will comply with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
