Responsibilities As Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and directing the kitchen’s daily operations, ensuring the highest quality in dish preparation and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the kitchen team. Plan and control daily production. Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards. Manage orders, stock control, and costs. Collaborate with management on menu creation and improvement. Guarantee proper presentation and plating of dishes. Develop, motivate, and train the kitchen team. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. Higher education degree in gastronomy.
