Job Summary: A professional responsible for technical design, modeling, and drafting, coordinating with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and assembly teams for project planning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical design, modeling, and drafting of fabrication and assembly drawings. 2. Interdepartmental coordination for project planning and execution. 3. Proactive role with capabilities in planning, prioritization, and communication. The main focus of this role will be reviewing project technical documentation and assessing required resources for planning. Additional responsibilities include: * Directly performing technical design, modeling, and drafting, producing fabrication and assembly drawings. * Coordinating with the procurement and logistics manager to select the appropriate supplier for each case. * Coordinating with the warehouse manager to prepare and monitor the packing list of materials required for each project. * Communicating and liaising with the assembly team, delivering necessary documentation and details. ***EDUCATION*** * Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Higher Technical Diploma in Metal Structures. * Proficiency in **modeling, design, and drawing preparation software** (AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, etc.) is mandatory. * Advanced knowledge of **management office software** (MS Office), particularly advanced Excel. * Knowledge of the following is highly desirable: production control systems, quality management, industrial organization, logistics, and structural steel calculation (CYPECAD, ConSteel, IDEA Statica, etc.). ***EXPERIENCE*** * Minimum of **1–2 years’ experience in project management and drafting.** ***COMPETENCIES*** * A person accustomed to taking on and overcoming challenges. * Proactive, dynamic individual, open to change and business improvement. * Ability to plan and prioritize tasks. * Empathy and communication skills when interacting with clients as a valid interlocutor. * Teamwork ability and capacity to coordinate with other departments. * Commitment and accountability. ***OTHER REQUIREMENTS*** * Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
