




Job Summary: We are seeking a Billing Administrator to manage documentation, provide customer and supplier support, and assist with accounting and billing tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of administrative and accounting documentation 2. Telephone and email support for customers and suppliers 3. Proficiency in SAP and advanced office software skills (Excel) The role involves managing and organizing administrative documentation, handling telephone and email communications with customers and suppliers, as well as preparing, recording, archiving, issuing, and reviewing invoices and delivery notes. The candidate will also enter and update data in IT systems (SAP), support basic billing and accounting tasks, monitor receivables and payments, coordinate with other departments, and track outstanding invoices and administrative issues. Applicants must have a minimum of two years’ experience in similar roles, formal training in Administration (Vocational Training Certificate at Intermediate or Advanced Level, university degree, or equivalent qualification), advanced proficiency in office software—especially Excel—and a valid Class B driving license with access to a personal vehicle. Knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage. Employment conditions include a full-time temporary contract, with potential conversion to permanent status. Working hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., including a one-hour lunch break. The workplace is located in La Muela, Polígono Centro Vía (Zaragoza).
