The position will be based in **Zaragoza, Spain.** **Key responsibilities** ------------------------ * Release of purchase orders for direct material (those used in Production) * Monitoring of orders to ensure that there is no lack of supply on the Production lines * Provide technical and daily activities and understand the demand to develop material management activities, such as logistics or warehousing * Negotiation and monitoring with suppliers, mostly international, to adjust their production capacity to ours **What we are looking for** --------------------------- * University degree or equivalent, with relevant engineering and/or industrial experience * At least 2 years relevant work experience in logistics / sourcing roles in an international and multi\-site company * Experience in working with large suppliers with global multi\-site footprint and managing supplier relations and negotiations * Experience in using ERP systems * Experience in complex steel assemblies / hydraulic systems / electrical \& electronics preferred * Communication skills * Fluency in English \- both written and spoken * Excellent knowledge in sourcing methods; supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, analytical skills and legal/contractual knowledge * Continuous improvement mindset with a business\-driven and fact based approach towards suppliers with a focus on building long\-term relationships. * Desirable: Business Intelligence skills (Power BI, SQL, Google Apps) **What we offer** ----------------- We offer you a position in a global organisation where you are challenged with interesting and diverse tasks.
