Job Summary: We are seeking a Manager for an agri-food cooperative, responsible for leading global, operational, economic, human resource, and institutional representation management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the global management of an agri-food cooperative. 2. Coordinate business areas and lead the human team. 3. Drive continuous improvement and innovation projects. Linking Talent is selecting a **Manager for Magallón Cooperative**, an agri-food cooperative located in the Campo de Borja region, engaged in viticulture, extra virgin olive oil production, and cereal cultivation. The cooperative operates a winery (wines under the DO Campo de Borja designation), an olive mill (extra virgin olive oil), and a cereal facility. The selected candidate will assume overall management responsibility for the cooperative, leading operational, economic, and human resource management, as well as institutional representation. Work Location: Magallón, Zaragoza. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Management and Operations:** * Coordination of various business units and departments. * Leadership of the agronomic advisory service to members and implementation of the quality plan. * Efficient management of internal and external resources, and promotion of continuous improvement. **People Management:** * Leadership of the human team and organization of seasonal campaigns. * Management of temporary staff and internship agreements. **Economic and Financial Management:** * Economic planning and control of seasonal operations. * Forecasting of advance payments for raw materials delivered by members, cash flow projections, and liaison with financial institutions. **Institutional Relations and Representation:** * Direct interaction with the Board of Directors and execution of board resolutions. * Representation before public entities, sectoral organizations, and affiliated companies. * Identification and management of grants, subsidies, and investment opportunities. * Promotion of innovation and cooperation projects. **REQUIREMENTS:** * 3–5 years’ experience in **managerial positions** within wineries or agri-food companies. * Knowledge of **economic and financial management**. * Approachable leadership style, strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively. * Resilience and adaptability to the **agricultural sector** environment. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Foreign language proficiency. * Prior experience in cooperatives. · Resilience and adaptability to the agricultural sector environment.
