Candidates must have at least one year of prior experience in similar roles, possess their own vehicle, and hold a valid Class B driving license. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints and technical specifications, as well as scheduling. Additionally, the candidate will organize various construction phases and manage both available human and material resources. Coordinating various subcontractors, trades, and project teams is also part of the role. The candidate will ensure adherence to scheduled deadlines and supervise that all work is executed correctly, in accordance with applicable regulations and the approved design plan. This position offers an indefinite-term full-time employment contract.
