Administrative support for the procurement department JOB DESCRIPTION At **Grupo Nunsys – Inycom**, we continue growing and are looking to hire a **Procurement Administrator** for our **Health and Laboratory Business Unit.** **What will be your mission?** You will join the procurement team, taking responsibility for administrative management and supporting supplier relations, ensuring an efficient, service-oriented process. **Main Responsibilities** * Purchase order management and processing * Direct supplier relationship (follow-up, issue resolution, basic negotiation) * Database and documentation control and updating * Coordination with various internal teams * Administrative support for the procurement department **What are we looking for?** * Education: Higher Vocational Training in Administration or equivalent university degree * Experience: * Prior experience in procurement or administration departments is desirable * Knowledge: Familiarity with **SAP** is desirable * Languages: **English B2** level * Competencies: * Problem-solving and proactive profile * Communication and negotiation skills * Organizational ability and attention to detail **WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AT NUNSYS GROUP?** * Hybrid remote work model with flexible hours.
