A person is needed to work as a cashier in specialty stores located in the Santa Isabel or Salvador Allende neighborhoods, in Zaragoza. The stores have sections for deli, butcher, fruit and vegetable, grocery and beverages, bakery, and frozen foods. A minimum of one year of experience in supermarket cash register and customer service positions is required. Having a food handler certificate will be positively valued. Tasks include fruit service, restocking products, checking expiration dates, cleaning the work station, and other duties typical of a cashier-produce clerk. Responsibilities also include operating the POS system, closing and balancing the cash register, restocking items, checking expiration dates, and placing signage. The schedule is part-time in the afternoons, Monday through Friday, from 17:00 to 21:30. The contract is indefinite with a 3-month probation period, and the salary will comply with the applicable collective agreement.
