




REQUIREMENTS Degree in food industry, food science and technology, microbiology, etc. Minimum two years of experience in food safety and quality control, preferably in the agri-food industry. Analytical skills, teamwork, and communication abilities. Driver's license + own vehicle DESCRIPTION Monitor and verify that fruit cleaning and disinfection procedures are properly carried out. Perform microbiological controls and ensure compliance with established methods and processes in product treatment. Maintain up-to-date and active quality management system documentation. Conduct cleaning inspections and prepare quality reports for audits. Train staff on safety, current regulations, and product handling according to defined processes.
