Job Summary: We are seeking a Cleaning Services Manager to coordinate and supervise office, industrial facility, and other building cleaning operations in Barcelona. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of cleaning services and clients We are looking for a **Cleaning Services Manager** to join a Barcelona-based company specializing in cleaning offices, industrial facilities, commercial premises, logistics centers, buildings and administrative premises, as well as building façades and their surroundings. Your **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** will be: **TASKS:** * **90%** service management from the office and **10%** supervision of operatives and clients. * Develop work plans: routes, frequencies, shifts, and zone priorities. * Assign daily and weekly tasks according to type of facility and staff experience. * Coordinate replacements in cases of absences, holidays or workload peaks. * Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and working hours compliance. * Provide on-the-job training to new hires and identify training needs. * Conduct quality inspections, checklists, and internal audits. * Manage client complaints and coordinate with other departments. * Control inventory of materials, PPE, and basic machinery maintenance. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS), hygiene, and environmental regulations. **CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS:** * Indefinite-term contract with probation period. * Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:00–14:00 and 15:00–17:00. * Salary: 24\.000**€** gross (20\.000€\+ 4000€ Availability Allowance: the candidate must carry their mobile phone at all times to respond to any incidents and perform weekend on-call duties, providing immediate response to potential client issues, including nightclubs and other establishments). * Company car or motorcycle. * Immediate start. * On-site work. **REMARKS:** Possibility of promotion to **HEAD OF SERVICES**, with increased responsibilities after one year, accompanied by appropriate salary increase and management of three direct reports. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum two years’ experience as a cleaning services manager or performing similar duties within the services sector. **REQUIRED EDUCATION:** * University degree (services sector) * Valid driver’s license. **PREFERRED EDUCATION:** * Facility Management course. **NECESSARY SKILLS:** * Organization and planning * Team leadership and motivation * Conflict resolution * Attention to detail * Ability to communicate effectively with clients and departments **COMPETENCIES:** **Personal:** * Proactive individual. * Positive attitude and passion for the services sector. * Ability to organize and motivate teams. **Linguistic:** * Spanish (Advanced) * Catalan (Advanced) **Digital:** * Proficient use of email, internet, and digital calendar management. * Proficiency in spreadsheets, word processors, and database software. * Document management. * Use of personnel and inventory management software.
