Your main responsibilities will include: * Leadership of the production team: setting daily tasks per work team, allocating workers according to production needs, shift coverage, etc. * Daily contact with the Quality Control department to monitor batch status, in-process controls, etc. * Daily coordination with Corrective and Preventive Maintenance departments to manage breakdowns and repair priorities. * Monitoring and supervision of accurate completion of production records: worksheets, logbooks, shift handovers, etc. * Recording of production consumption and closing of manufacturing orders. * Active leadership in managing order and cleanliness in each production unit: establishing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, cleanliness records, standards for order and cleanliness. * Active leadership in managing Occupational Health and Safety within each production cell, participating in incident investigations and proposing improvements. * Leading and motivating your team in accordance with the company's cultural values. **Requirements** -------------- **REQUIRED:** * Education: Degree in Chemical Engineering or similar. * Previous experience of 5 years in production areas within chemical-pharmaceutical environments. * Desirable: Fluent English language skills. **WE OFFER:** * An interesting position offering professional development opportunities. * Continuous on-the-job training. * Salary commensurate with candidate's qualifications. * Full-time hours.
