This project represents a significant milestone in our expansion within the critical infrastructure sector and requires flawless production management to ensure its success. **Your Role as Production Manager:** ----------------------------------- As Production Manager, you will be a key player in the execution and success of this project. You will report directly to the Site Manager and will be responsible for ensuring that all production phases are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with the highest quality standards. Your main responsibilities will include: * **Comprehensive Support to the Site Manager:** Collaborate closely in planning, monitoring, and controlling the overall project execution, ensuring alignment with established objectives. * **Supervision of Electrical Works:** Conduct daily and detailed monitoring of all electrical works on site, guaranteeing correct implementation and regulatory compliance. * **Coordination and Management of Teams:** Effectively coordinate and supervise both in-house work teams and subcontractors involved in various project tasks, fostering a collaborative and highly productive environment. * **Monitoring of Measurements and Progress:** Accurately monitor and record site measurements, tracking physical progress and certifying completed works. * **Optimization of Resources:** Identify opportunities to optimize the use of resources, materials, and labor, pursuing maximum efficiency at each stage of the production process. * **Risk Management:** Contribute to identifying and mitigating potential risks affecting production, proposing solutions and contingency plans. * **Adherence to Deadlines and Budgets:** Ensure strict adherence to project delivery deadlines and allocated budgets, proactively managing any deviations. **What We Are Looking for in You (Requirements):** -------------------------------------- To thrive in this role, you will need a combination of technical education, practical experience, and leadership skills. The essential requirements are: * **Academic Qualification:** Degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent university degree in a related technical field. * **Professional Experience:** A minimum of **3 years of proven experience** as a Production Manager or in a similarly responsible role, preferably in industrial environments. * **Experience in Industrial Projects:** Solid experience managing large-scale industrial projects.
