The selected individual will lead multidisciplinary teams, guarantee the proper functioning of daily production, and promote an efficient and safe working environment. They will also participate in implementing continuous improvement strategies, supervising engineering projects, and organizing production. Daily responsibilities include coordinating shifts and production campaigns to maximize efficiency, supervising preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations, and collaborating on the plant’s strategic planning. Technical inspections, supervision of audits, and management of operational reports will also be conducted to maintain smooth interdepartmental communication. Prior experience in a similar role and flexibility in working hours are required. An indefinite-term employment contract directly with the company is offered.
