Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced industrial painter specialized in airless painting techniques to prepare and paint metal structures and maintain equipment, ensuring high-quality finishes and safety in a dynamic environment. Attention to detail and pursuit of durable, high-quality finishes We are looking for an industrial painter to apply airless paint on metal structures and components in La Muela. This role requires surface preparation through sanding and primer application to ensure good adhesion and finish quality. The candidate will also be responsible for operating and performing basic maintenance on airless equipment to guarantee proper functionality. Teamwork is essential to meet production deadlines, and all safety regulations must be strictly followed, including continuous use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Various types of primers and paints for metal will be handled; therefore, practical knowledge of these materials is highly valued. Attention to detail and commitment to achieving durable, high-quality finishes are critical. The work environment is dynamic, involving manufacturing or maintenance projects where both autonomous and collaborative work capabilities are appreciated. At least one year of demonstrable experience as an industrial painter with specialization in airless techniques is required. Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in sanding and preparing metal surfaces are mandatory. Familiarity with the use, operation, and basic maintenance of airless painting equipment is desirable. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and responsible attitude, is essential. Attention to detail and a firm commitment to work quality are required. Basic knowledge of different types of primers and paints used on metal is necessary. Availability to work in La Muela is a mandatory requirement.
