Responsibilities Compass Group, the world leader in foodservice and support services with over 50 years of experience in Spain, is seeking to hire a Head Chef for one of our centers in Zaragoza to cover an IT leave. What would be your responsibilities? * Skillfully, independently, and responsibly prepare, season, and present dishes using the most suitable techniques. * Assist in setting up, serving, and dismantling buffets. * Complete center records such as traceability, allergens, temperatures, frying, etc.… * Monitor the storage and efficient use of provided products. * Collaborate in designing and implementing menu cycles. Requirements What are we looking for? * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Proven experience in catering services, preferably in residential facilities, of at least 3 years with verifiable references. * Highly committed individual regarding APPCC and PRRLL protocols. * Problem-solving and organized person, accustomed to working under pressure. * Relevant education for the role (proficiency in Word and Excel). * Experience in self-service operations and plating. * Extensive culinary knowledge.
