You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, contribute to the development of the store team, and motivate them to achieve goals, acting as a WKU brand ambassador. **Main Responsibilities** * Champion the brand and act as a WKU ambassador, being a product expert and representing company values. * Deliver an outstanding customer experience through excellence in visual presentation and customer service. * Train, coach, and support the store team’s development in product knowledge, customer service standards, and visual presentation guidelines. * Support onboarding of new employees. * Assist in managing the store's scheduling needs, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours. * Act as product expert and brand ambassador for all things WKU. * Ensure strong operational processes and routines that drive profitability and results. * Serve as expert on all store systems and processes, including opening and closing the point of sale. * Responsible for opening and closing the store as required. **Skills, Qualifications, and Experience** * Ability to consistently meet the company's high standards of excellence, fostering a respectful and safe environment for employees. * Excellent communication skills to effectively convey company expectations to store staff, setting clear and precise team expectations. * Flexible and motivated to deliver exceptional customer service. * Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for WKU products and the brand. * Previous experience in Retail, Food Service, or Hospitality is preferred but not essential. **About WKU** WKU, a global Fortune 500® brand develops and markets a diverse range of lifestyle and performance footwear, apparel, and accessories.
