Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician maintains production equipment and infrastructure, plans and executes preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, and coordinates external activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain production equipment and infrastructure in operation. 2. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance. 3. Participate in factory projects and optimize procedures. ### **Summary** The Maintenance Technician ensures that production equipment and infrastructure remain operational with minimal impact on production, plans and executes preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, and coordinates external activities of the same nature. Management and ordering of spare parts, maintenance procedures, and participation in the execution of factory projects, as well as contributing ideas for the proper execution of new projects. ### **About the Role** **Major Accountabilities:** * Conduct routine monitoring of general parameters of production equipment and infrastructure (HVAC, humidity, pressure, alarms, and other sensors reflecting overall factory operations) to anticipate technical issues and interventions. * Perform and/or monitor routine preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment and infrastructure. * Plan maintenance events to continuously improve annual preventive maintenance activities for plant equipment. * Use the site’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for corrective and preventive maintenance during and after maintenance interventions. * Support monitoring of facility modifications / construction works at the site. * Participate in investigations and resolution of equipment deviations. * Actively participate in various stages of technical projects. * Perform and monitor qualification of synthesis modules, dispensing systems, production cells, and other facility equipment. * Manage spare parts and renew orders for same. * Participate in creation and optimization of maintenance, usage, and equipment management procedures (including breakdowns), in compliance with GMP standards. * Integrate safety and prevention into every work activity. **Essential requirements** * Formal education (higher vocational training and/or complementary training) and experience (\+ 2 years) in industrial installations, mechanics, electricity, mechatronics, electronics, industrial maintenance, or software. * Prior experience (minimum 2 years) in production equipment maintenance and industrial facility management. Pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or similar sectors are desirable. * Proficiency in office tools: Excel, maintenance management software. * Basic English — written and spoken.
