Currently, we are undergoing significant growth and expansion, which leads us to seek a candidate for our legal department who wishes to become part of this exciting project. We are looking for a **Technical Architect and/or Engineer** whose mission will be to ensure that all company projects and operations obtain and maintain **the necessary licenses and permits**, complying with current environmental and legal regulations; efficiently and promptly manage all legal procedures, avoiding project delays and guaranteeing regulatory compliance at every stage of our activities. The scope of work will include Zaragoza, La Rioja, Burgos, Cantabria, Navarra, and Asturias. **The selected candidate will perform the following responsibilities:** * License and Permit Management: Coordinate and ensure the acquisition of all required licenses and permits for Greenfield projects, as well as prepare the necessary documentation for license and permit applications. * Provide necessary solutions to ensure continuity in license processing, and coordinate required information between us and engineering teams. * Monitor all reports submitted to various public administrations and agencies, as well as communicate with contracted engineering firms. * Interact and liaise with municipal authorities in operational areas to discuss the technical feasibility of each license.
