




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrator with a focus on purchasing and logistics to manage suppliers, reservations, and all service-related logistics, coordinating internally. Internal coordination to ensure activity implementation We are looking for a professional for an administrative position focused on purchasing and logistics in Zaragoza. Main responsibilities include managing and coordinating with suppliers of accommodations, cultural activities, and restaurants, as well as organizing and tracking reservations, purchases, and all logistics related to services. The role involves requesting, analyzing, and comparing quotations, as well as controlling, updating, and archiving supplier documentation and databases. The candidate will also be responsible for tracking incidents and resolving operational problems, coordinating internally with the team to ensure smooth activity execution. A high school diploma (Bachiller) is required; vocational training or a professional qualification certificate in Administration, Commerce, Tourism, or related fields—as well as higher education degrees in relevant areas—will be valued. A minimum of 1 year’s experience in similar positions is required, along with the ability to manage multiple suppliers and tasks simultaneously, and strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. A permanent full-time contract (38.5 hours per week) is offered, with an annual gross salary of 19.500 euros.
