




Job Summary: Grupo Mimara is seeking geroculturists to join its multidisciplinary team at an elderly care center in Zaragoza, focused on residents’ well-being and care. Key Highlights: 1. Grupo Mimara is currently recruiting geroculturists to join our multidisciplinary team at our elderly care center located in Casablanca \- Zaragoza. Responsibilities: \- Supporting the interdisciplinary team in the reception and onboarding of new users, collaborating in the development and follow-up of individualized care plans. \- Implementing scheduled interventions aimed at fulfilling basic daily living activities. \- Collaborating in the planning, organization, and execution of preventive, occupational, and leisure activities. \- Maintaining users’ personal hygiene. Cleaning the first-aid kit and its contents, as well as medical and assistive equipment. \- Providing and administering food, facilitating intake where necessary. \- Performing postural changes and other auxiliary services according to technical training. \- Accompanying, supervising, and supporting residents during transfers. \- Collaborating with healthcare staff in medication administration. \- Providing support in caring for residents with catheters and colostomies, as well as administering syringe-fed nutrition under nursing supervision. \- Stimulating users’ communication and promoting their daily functioning and social integration. \- Participating in integrating family members into center life. Reporting any incidents related to users’ health. \- Observing and recording any physical or behavioral changes in the incident logbook. Requirements: \- Vocational qualification in Care for Dependent Persons or in Auxiliary Nursing Care, or the Professional Certificate in Sociohealthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions. \- Prior experience in a similar role is valued. \- Availability for full-time work. \- Vocation for caring for elderly people, ability to work in a team, and strong communication skills.
