




Job Summary: We are seeking a florist assistant to perform reception duties, prepare floral arrangements, manage orders, and maintain the workstation, with preference given to candidates demonstrating interest in floral handling and customer service. Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workstation We are seeking a florist assistant holding a disability certificate of 33% or higher. Duties include receiving and verifying materials against delivery notes and monitoring the production plan. You will also be responsible for preparing floral products and arrangements, as well as auxiliary tasks such as preparing frames, ribbons, and bows. You will prepare products for packaging and packing, perform deliveries, and place items. You will manage condolence notes and prepare production and sales delivery notes. It is necessary to ensure proper storage of merchandise, maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation, use tools appropriately, and comply with quality, safety, and occupational risk prevention regulations. Interest in or experience with floral handling, as well as proficiency in customer service—characterized by a friendly and respectful approach—is highly valued. The position is located in Zaragoza. The contract is temporary, with possible extension, and the working schedule is full-time at 38.5 hours per week, including rotating shifts and weekend and holiday on-call duties.
