Our commercial team has a direct impact on our mission: converting adult smokers into users of our innovative smoke-free products. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** You will serve as the brand ambassador and in-store acquisition driver for PMI’s indirect channel—tobacco shops. * Act as PMI’s brand ambassador within tobacco shops, representing the company professionally. * Build collaborative relationships with tobacconists and point-of-sale staff, aligning efforts to maximize commercial results. * Proactively engage adult smoker consumers, presenting our best alternatives through consultative and responsible selling. * Acquire new users and retain existing ones, leveraging deep knowledge of our multi-category portfolio and its benefits. * Manage and achieve individual and multi-category sales targets, identifying opportunities and adapting swiftly at the point of sale. * Execute activities in line with PMI’s standards and strategy, ensuring a premium and consistent experience. **Who we’re looking for:** * Sales or customer service experience. * Curious, proactive, positive attitude, results-oriented, solution-driven, and service-minded. * Strong communication and active listening skills. * Minimum education: vocational high school diploma or equivalent. * Spanish language proficiency at C1 level minimum; English highly valued. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Valid work permit for the EU. * Availability to work split/intensive shifts Monday through Sunday, with legally mandated rest periods (40 hours/week, working 5 days). * Willingness to travel across Zaragoza for commercial activities. **What we offer:** * Permanent contract. * Health insurance. * Pension plan. * Fixed salary \+ performance-based variable pay \+ meal allowance. * Company-funded training and career development opportunities.
