We are looking for a dynamic, organized professional with experience in air operations, customer-oriented and committed to service quality. ### **️** **Main Responsibilities:** * **End-to-end management and tracking** of air export operations, from order receipt through to cargo departure. * Continuous coordination and communication with **customs authorities, airlines, and international correspondents**. * **Customer service and support**, keeping clients informed about shipment status. * Tracking of **shipments and cargo**, monitoring deadlines and resolving potential incidents. * Management and control of **air-related documentation** associated with operations. ### **Requirements:** * Minimum **2 years’ experience** in a similar role within the air export field. * **Advanced level of English**. * Education in **International Trade, Transport, Logistics, or related fields**. * Proficiency in standard computer tools, especially **Microsoft Office**. * Strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and customer orientation.
