We are seeking school cafeteria monitors to collaborate with the team, treat students with respect, and maintain a calm and orderly environment.

✨ Recruitment is now open in Zaragoza to establish an employment pool of candidates holding qualifications such as Leisure Time Monitor, Vocational Training in Early Childhood Education, Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood or Primary Education, Pedagogy, or related fields within the education sector.
Working hours offered: 10, 15, or 16.50 hours/week. Candidates from this pool will be scheduled to cover absences lasting days, weeks, or months, as needed, until mid-June 2026 (end of academic year), with the possibility of offering a fixed-term discontinuous contract for the next academic year, as our company continues to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team of cafeteria monitors and coordination staff to ensure smooth service operation.
- Set up and clear tables for each meal shift (serving students aged approximately 2 to 14 years).
- Work cohesively as part of the school cafeteria team, clearly understanding your role as a cafeteria monitor and knowing whom to contact if questions arise.
- Deliver respectful service and attentive care to students and colleagues, fostering an atmosphere of calm, kindness, and positive coexistence.
- Maintain order and cleanliness during work: we seek attentive, considerate individuals who can manage conflicts or potential setbacks with agility and organization.
Requirements:
- Education sector qualification: Official Leisure Time Monitor certificate, Vocational Training in Early Childhood Education, Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood or Primary Education, Pedagogy, or equivalent (if lacking Food Handler certification, training will be provided by the company without issue).
- Availability to work Monday through Friday during school hours, approximately 12:00–15:30.
- Ability to reliably reach the workplace via personal vehicle or dependable public transport (the schools we partner with are typically located in suburban areas near Zaragoza).
- Valid Certificate of No Sexual Offense Record (issued within the last 6 months).

Hiring will be immediate and governed by the current Collective Agreement for School Cafeteria Monitors of Aragon.
