Job Summary: Carglass is seeking a Workshop Receptionist in Zaragoza to receive, serve, and offer services and products to customers, following company and insurance provider procedures. We have an opening and need to find a Workshop Receptionist for full-time employment at our service center in Zaragoza. What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like? You will be responsible for receiving, serving, and offering our services and products to all customers visiting our workshop or calling by telephone—strictly adhering to Carglass and insurance company procedures. What Do We Need From You? We seek an honest individual who empathizes with others, avoids prejudice, demonstrates solidarity, and above all, is a good team player! CFGM or Administrative or Automotive High School Diploma Proficiency in Office tools and Internet at user level Training in Commercial Management / Customer Service Equivalent knowledge acquired through experience in this or similar roles We seek individuals eager to learn, grow, and excel in their work.
