**At RV Hotels**, a hotel chain present in the main beach and mountain destinations in Catalonia and Menorca, we are looking for professionals who want to join a young, dynamic, and motivated team. Will you join us on this adventure? We are currently seeking a **Maintenance Technician** for one of our hotels located in **Platja d’Aro**, to join our maintenance team. Responsibilities: * Ensure the proper functioning of facilities in accordance with parameters established by management. * Perform maintenance of the swimming pool and garden, as well as address plumbing and electrical faults. * Report any incidents encountered during the performance of duties to the supervisor. * Manage room and common area reports related to plumbing and electricity. * Conduct periodic inspections of maintenance equipment. Requirements: * Minimum education: Medium-level Vocational Training Cycle in Electricity and Electronics. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of air conditioning, electrical, hot water (ACS), and plumbing installations. * Advanced knowledge of electricity. * Valued competencies: manual skills, teamwork, initiative, dynamism, problem-solving ability, willingness for continuous learning, and adaptability to change. * Prior experience in hotel maintenance and official Legionella prevention certification will be considered an advantage.
