




Job Summary: We are seeking an electromechanic to carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations and participating in continuous improvement projects at Saint-Gobain. Dynamic and collaborative work environment. **Why do we need you?** Your main responsibilities will be: * Perform preventive (mechanical, electrical, lubrication), predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks using defined resources and within established deadlines: * Comply with procedures and regulations related to Plant Safety, Hygiene, Ergonomics, Environment, and Energy. * Maintain the warehouse, workshop, and its facilities (tools and equipment) in proper condition, order, and cleanliness. * Ensure implementation of the 5S methodology in the workshop. Conduct visual standard inspections in workshops and take necessary actions to correct deviations. * Log completed tasks daily in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS/GMAO) with sufficient detail (Work Orders) and update inventory withdrawals from the warehouse. * Participate in and lead Continuous Improvement Projects (AM/PM). * Support achievement of objectives during legal and internal audits (safety, environment, energy, quality, continuous improvement, etc.). * Coordinate daily with other members of the maintenance department, contributing your insights to ensure efficient task, spare parts, and resource management. * Support troubleshooting and analysis of electro\-mechanical failures, process faults, and operational errors (EWO). * Take responsibility for assigned tasks and functions, ensuring execution under the company’s established safety criteria. **Is this job right for you?** This opportunity is ideal if you have: * Formal vocational training (FP) in the industrial field. * A rigorous, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset. * Commitment to safety and quality in work performed. * Autonomy and organizational capability. * Empathy and customer orientation. * A positive attitude. * Teamwork skills. * Experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of continuous-process industrial plants, with at least 2\-3 years of experience as an electromechanic. * Knowledge of mechanical maintenance (machine alignment, gearbox repair, bearing replacement). * General knowledge of lubrication. * Familiarity with low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) installations; PLCs, automation systems, frequency inverters, etc. * Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. * Knowledge of general utility installations: gas, compressed air, etc. * Basic Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) course preferred.
