We are seeking an experienced plastic injection operator for a growing industrial company. Main responsibilities will include operating production machinery and equipment according to given instructions. Close supervision of the manufacturing process will be essential to ensure compliance with all established quality standards. In addition, handling required production materials and performing minor rework on parts—such as molding, deburring, and polishing—will be required. This position offers a stable employment contract, initial and ongoing training provided by the company. The working schedule is full-time and continuous, with rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Friday, in a safe and well-organized work environment. * You are methodical, responsible, agile, and adept at manual tasks. * Willingness to adapt and learn. * Own vehicle. * Minimum three months’ experience in industrial or manufacturing environments. * Availability to work rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Friday. * Commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement. * Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously. * Flexibility and capacity to adapt to a dynamic environment.
