As part of the Foundation's growth process, we are seeking to hire a **Professional Orientation Advisor** to provide guidance within the Projecta’t program at our **Barcelona** delegation. **Projecta’t** is a program that promotes orientation and sectoral prospecting actions for active workers, aiming to help them adapt, advance, or reorient themselves within the labor market. The responsibilities of the orientation advisor will include: * **Information, reception, and initial orientation.** * Listening to and empathetically understanding the needs of service users. * Identifying interests, abilities, and professional profiles. * **Information and advisory services.** * Providing information on training options, competence accreditation, and labor market opportunities. * Offering alternatives tailored to the local context and individual profiles. * **Accompaniment and follow-up.** * Collaboratively designing a training and professional plan with the individual. * Monitoring progress, reviewing, and readjusting goals. * **Networking.** * Coordinating with other foundation services such as Training, Prospecting, and Business Creation to ensure comprehensive support. * **Document management.** * Assisting in the preparation of reports, summaries, and technical documentation required for program justification and monitoring, providing support to the service manager in technical coordination tasks. * **Quality and continuous improvement.** * Participating in team meetings and service improvement processes. * Conducting ongoing monitoring and evaluation of programs to ensure quality and impact. * **Education:** University degree in Psychology and/or Pedagogy. * **Experience**: Preferably experience in orientation, accompaniment, mediation, or similar activities. * **Competencies:** Technical competencies that will be valued include: * Analytical skills to facilitate decision-making for participants. * Knowledge of the training system and regional training offerings. * Understanding of the labor market. * Familiarity with job search tools and channels. * Knowledge of psychometric assessment tools for participants. * Familiarity with the FPCAT system and professional orientation protocol model.
