A major global distribution group based in Spain, composed of companies in various formats, primarily department stores and supermarkets, is seeking to hire for its offices in Seville: (1) Maintenance Engineer, who will manage comprehensive maintenance (preventive, proactive, and corrective) in the retail sector, leading and coordinating technical teams within an assigned region. Your mission will be to ensure the proper operation, safety, and efficiency of facilities (stores, offices, and/or logistics centers), guaranteeing compliance with the company's operational, regulatory, and sustainability standards. Main responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the work team. Ensure optimal performance of facilities and machinery. Ensure execution of maintenance department tasks, complying with safety and prevention regulations. Oversee preventive, proactive, reactive, and corrective maintenance of facilities. Coordinate outsourced services. Travel between different centers in the Seville region. We offer - Contract: permanent - Gross annual salary, depending on qualifications (36 to 40K), + company benefits - Workplace: Seville - Working hours: Monday to Sunday (40 h/week).
