The Channels and Profitability team ensures that this business achieves two key objectives: - High occupancy rates for our apartments - Higher profitability per occupancy To achieve these goals, we expect the person in this role to perform the following tasks: - Apply marketing techniques to our apartment listings across different channels, making them more attractive and rentable - Position listings at the highest possible ranking within each channel - Compare our product with competitors, generating better results on each channel based on occupancy and profitability - Implement dynamic pricing strategies after benchmarking against competitors - Prepare reports and proposals to achieve more competitive pricing and higher occupancy - Communicate with platforms and KAMs, conducting analyses to improve positioning - Manage and close long-term stays (LE) - Work closely with the DN department, researching the market to expand our presence into new territories - Collaborate with agents and universities - Communicate with LE tenants We are looking for responsible and organized individuals who are willing to follow guidance initially, show initiative, and are interested in understanding the company from within, helping it grow and participating in other functions within the organization.
