Your main responsibilities will be: * You will lead **test automation teams** in complex and **international** projects, coordinating their work and ensuring overall process quality. * You will supervise the **functional and technical validation of solutions based on language models (LLM) and artificial intelligence agents**. * Design and implement **automated testing strategies** tailored to each environment and requirement. * Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to **define quality KPIs** and ensure their compliance. * Participate in **technical pre-sales processes**, including preparation of **technical proposals** and estimations. * Manage **QA project financial tracking**, ensuring budget control and profitability. * Drive **continuous improvement**, promoting best practices, quality culture, and adoption of emerging technologies. ### **Requirements** * More than **5 years of experience** in automated testing, and at least **3 years leading QA teams**. * Previous experience in **international projects** or multicultural environments. * Solid knowledge in automation, validation of **LLM models and AI agents**, and test framework design. * Experience in **project financial management** and participation in **technical pre-sales**. * Knowledge of **CI/CD**, agile methodologies (**Scrum, Kanban**) and collaboration tools. * **ISTQB certification (minimum Foundation level)**. * **C1 level** in Spanish and English. * University degree in **Engineering, Computer Science** or related field. * **Residence and work permit in Spain** (mandatory requirement). ### **Desirable** * Experience in **test data management (TDM)**. * Knowledge in **service virtualization** for complex testing environments. **Location:** Spain (residence and work permit required) **Work mode:** **Hybrid** **Languages:** Spanish and English (C1 level) **Experience:** +5 years in QA, +3 years leading teams Benefits and compensation At Accenture, a company recognized as a Great Place To Work®, we support a hybrid work model that, thanks to technology and our facilities, allows us to maintain the essential human connection to work effectively with our teams and clients.
