




**Job Offer: Receptionist** Residential center for elderly people is seeking a **receptionist** to join its team. The selected candidate will be the center’s first point of contact, performing a key role in welcoming, assisting and providing administrative support, thereby contributing to creating a friendly, safe and well-organized environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * In-person and telephone assistance to residents, family members, visitors and suppliers. * Call management and forwarding. * Access control and registration of entries and exits. * Support in basic administrative tasks (mail handling, filing, scheduling). * Coordination and communication with the center’s various departments. * Maintenance of the reception area in appropriate condition. **Requirements:** * Basic training in administration or customer service. * Proficiency in computer tools. * Fluency in Spanish and Catalan. * Strong communication skills, courteous demeanor and organizational ability. * Discretion and responsibility when handling sensitive information. * Prior experience in similar positions or in the socio-healthcare sector will be valued. **Conditions:** * Working hours and schedule to be determined according to the center’s needs. * **Salary according to GERCAT Collective Agreement**. * Start date subject to availability.
