As a leading company in the insurance sector, we aim to incorporate enthusiastic individuals with strong commercial skills into our team to support our continuous growth. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Making outbound calls to databases provided by the company to acquire new customers * Delivering tailored offers and personalized advice based on identified customer needs * Explaining and presenting the products and services offered * Closing commercial transactions **What we offer:** * Employment contract of 20 or 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This is an on-site position offering job stability, initially temporary, with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite-term contract upon achievement of performance objectives * This position is NOT for short-term campaigns, as we aim to expand and consolidate our professional team * Initial online training to familiarize you with our products and, above all, how to perform your role effectively * Online platform training enabling you to obtain the official TITLE OF INSURANCE INTERMEDIARY (accredited certification) required by the Directorate General of Insurance for carrying out this activity * Professional development opportunities within the insurance sector Requirements **We are looking for:** * Empathy and the ability to identify customer needs in order to guide them and offer optimal, high-value-added insurance solutions * Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation * Prior experience in the insurance sector is valued, as well as holding Certificates B and Level 3 in Insurance **Join our team!**
