Sending daily emails and making calls to request documentation and confirm court orders. Detailed recording of all tasks performed (CRM, Excel, Trello,...). Managing schedules and routes. Supporting administrative tasks (documentation, deadlines, filing). Invoice archiving. Preparing documentation for notarial transactions, property registries, town halls, and other administrations. Monitoring renovations, controlling budgets/invoices, and suppliers. Internal document organization and administrative support tasks for management. Handling digital tools and social media. Managing corporate websites, knowledge of applied artificial intelligence in office environments, and familiarity with online tools for document management and internal processes. ### **Requirements** Intermediate Vocational Training in Administrative Management (if you have more work experience). Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative tasks, ideally in a legal or real estate environment. Good verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). High organizational ability and attention to detail. Residence in Seville city or surrounding areas. Good computer skills, Office, email, and office AI application tools. Driver's license and own vehicle
