JOB DESCRIPTION
Company dedicated to the **MANUFACTURING** of **CONSUMER GOODS** seeks to hire a **CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER** in the **LALÍN** area.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* **ANALYSIS** and **OPTIMIZATION** of processes: Evaluate current workflows, identify **BOTTLENECKS**, eliminate **INEFFICIENCIES**, and propose **IMPROVEMENTS** to maximize **PROFITABILITY** and **OPERATIONAL QUALITY**.
* Design of **PROCESSES**: Define and implement **OPTIMIZED** processes oriented toward **EFFICIENCY** and **DIGITALIZATION**, in collaboration with various company departments.
* **DOCUMENTATION** and **STANDARDIZATION**: Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring **TRACEABILITY**, consistency, and knowledge transfer.
* **PROJECT MANAGEMENT**: Lead the **PLANNING**, **EXECUTION**, and monitoring of cross-functional **CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT** projects, ensuring adherence to **TIMELINES**, **OBJECTIVES**, and **QUALITY STANDARDS**.
* Implementation of **LEAN METHODOLOGIES** and **OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE** systems: Coordinate implementation of **LEAN MANUFACTURING** tools and performance management systems (**KPIs**, **DASHBOARDS**, **OKRs**).
* Interdepartmental collaboration: Act as a **LINK** between departments to foster **COOPERATION** and **STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT**.
* Change management: Lead adoption of new ways of working, promoting team participation, training, and acceptance of new processes or systems.
REQUIREMENTS
* University degree in **INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING**, **PROCESS ORGANIZATION**, or other technical disciplines.
* **Proven experience in the required fields of work.**
* Experience in **PROCESS MAPPING** and creation of **FLOWCHARTS**.
* Proficiency in **OFFICE 365\.**
* Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
* Immediate availability to join.
* Residence in the DEZA region or nearby areas.
